European Profiles expands its activities in Ukraine with the award of a new World Bank project entitled "Piloting of business processes of authorities of labour and social protection of population". The overall objective of the project is to design and apply new business processes in five pilot regional and local offices in Ukraine so as to improve the system of social assistance provision.
The beneficiary of this project is the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the budget of this project is € 198.850, while it is expected to finish in June 2011.
