European Profiles has been awarded as Partner of the Consortium, an IPA funded contract in Kosovo entitled “Assistance for Implementing the Stabilization and Association Agreement- The EU Services Directive” in Kosovo.
The overall objective of the project is to facilitate the approximation to the EU by supporting alignment and implementation of Kosovar legislation with EU acquis in the fields of services.
The purpose of this contract is to build the Capacity of the Ministry of Trade and Industry to effectively transpose and implement the EU Services Directive in the internal market in Kosovo. This will be achieved through three main Activities:
- Activity 1: Transposition and harmonization of legislation
- Activity 2: Simplification of administrative procedures and proposal for establishing "Points of Single Contact (PSCs)
- Activity 3: Capacity building and awareness raising
